I'm eighteen and a freshman studying art at the University of Georgia. A klutz, aspiring artist and photographer and vintage lover. One day, I want to travel to Africa and have a Great Dane named Gatsby. I have been washed by the blood of my Savior, and without Him, my life and this blog would have no meaning. I love a good cup of coffee. My cameras name is Andres.
I'm the middle child. My brothers and I have it out at times, as all siblings do, but I can't imagine my life without them in it. Grayson is a sophomore at the University of Georgia, and I can't wait to be at school with him! Nathan is a freshman in high school - our resident guitarist, Alabama sports fanatic and soccer player. I actually miss being his live-in chauffeur.
For Christmas of 2009, my parents bought me a Canon Rebel XS. I'd been saving for months, and was completely shocked when I opened it. I cried. Needless to say, my love for photography sky rocketed from then on. I love that camera, and I still don't know half of the functions on it. Just like my art, photography is a way for me to study God's creation closer, observing the miniscule details of everyday ordinary life. Photography is just another way for me to grow closer to the Lord.
I love lions and the color yellow.
Peanut butter is pure nastiness in a jar.
I plan to adopt.

“You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will take me into glory. Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
Psalm 73: 24-26.
